Good company but maybe limitating in terms of evolution

Pros
- Good work conditions that enable a great ratio work/personal life - possibility to evolve within the company while completely changing your field of work (from marketing to finance to strategy...) - you get the chance to work on huge projects in terms of impact and size, that you wouldn't be given in an other company, each of your decisions can impact millions of customers
Cons
Not enough pressure: there are basically no real expectations on your work delivery, meaning that should you double up the revenues you generate or should you under-perform by 50%, nothing is gonna change, you won't be promoted / demoted / be considered for more important positions, etc
