      Too much politics

      Pros

      It's a bit company with typical pros and cons. You have a lot of possibilities for professional growth. Leadership skills and initiative are noted. HR is working on development plans and trainings. Company has interesting international customers.

      Cons

      Politics, politics, politics. It gets annoying at some point. Some careers are sometimes driven by connections rather than the actual value and engagement of a person. At times it feels that common sense does not work there. Also, too much efforts on reporting and other internal processes, where the focus should be on a customer.
