      Pros

      It is a multinational and multicultural company. Fast-moving and challenging with good work environment. It offers continuous learning with personal growing.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be a very stressful experience, very challenging, moving into new changing technologies demanding a lot of self-learning.

      At Group level it's rapidly becoming a French enclave

      Pros

      Good working conditions, benefits and work-life balance. Efforts being made to listen to employee concerns (based in UK) and address them, although some question marks remain around how open and honest management are.

      Cons

      Decisions increasingly made at arms-length from Paris. Managers in UK frequently parachuted in from France or, increasingly, based there. Current priority appears to be a gradual withdrawal from UK so few new job openings getting created.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and bonus potential, understanding management, good work/life balance. Management seemed genuinely concerned about your welfare and needs.

      Cons

      Very few promotional or job movement opportunities outside of France or India. Like many other companies Orange Business Services is focused on moving as many jobs as possible to India.
