      Excellent company to work for, great opportunities for growth and development in commercial and customer operations with great technological innovations.

      Cons

      in some cases they tend to be too bureaucratic and low in changes and decisions. although growth opportunities is there it is for more mid leadership levels.

      -good salary -good benefits -1 bonus each year -good colleagues -efficient customer management procedures

      Cons

      -low career development opportunities -good benefits but you don't have time to make use of them -high pressure 70% of the time -managers don't "encourage" you to take the deserved free time -it matters most if you have friends in high places in stead of working at your best.

      A good global company with country specific issues

      Well known brand globally and has good international environment. Some countries have good opportunities with good packages. Generally above average in all aspects.

      Cons

      Due to global organization, there are many tools specifically used for everything and not being managed well. Turnover rate is high in some countries which is an issue on most of the global companies.
