      Pros

      Excellent management and trainings offers, good salaries and perks, good work-life balance, opportunity to work at a global level across EMEA countries and develop large network of collaborator in different areas as the Group is a big house!

      Cons

      politics, but it is is a major drawback we can find across all very large companies

      - almost nothing gets done - bad management - people don't like working there but stay because it's comfortable

      Overall and at least in theory, there are plenty of leverage to build a successful career within the company: internal internship and experience exchange opportunities, opportunities for professional development and flexibility in changing positions

      Cons

      Reluctance to change and standardization, long approval flows, difficult process to improve internal procedures and processes, poor communication with management (depending on the department)
