Business Outlook
Pros
Above 50% Good managers. Job Security - They do not throw any one out unless the employee it self has fault. Good exposure if you are in implementation group. Good exposure if you are in office staff (NOT client site engineer for specific project). Very Good HR Team. Good Work Life balance for internal office employees.
Cons
Less Salary. Less increment (5-9%). Not good for Client site project, you will not get managers beside you. Very Very difficult to get promotion or vertical change. If you join as a L1 engineer, after 10 years you would be still a L1 engineer (Except Mumbai NOC). Your good ideas would be snatched by bad managers.
