      Pros

      * Orange Labs mainly focus on learning and increasing technical skills of people working inside. * their hiring process is tough but very worth it. * we have a lot of fun during our work * we work with cutting-edge technologies and methods. * people are motivated to make a difference and do great things * if you have big experience you will still learn a lot from everyone there.

      Cons

      * there is no customer interfacing if you are seeking one. * salaries are not very good (about average although they target to hire the best! )
