      - One of the service provider Leaders - Always take challenges for providing new solutions and technologies to the customers

      Cons

      - Working in an international organisation like orange your experience will be limited to a certain point. That you will not be able to have a complete control on a whole project or a solution, you will know a basic or overview on different processes or roles and have experience in one or two actions.

      Working for the public interest - serving the community at large and getting paid for it

      Cons

      Political People who are promoted aren't necessarily the most qualified - mostly followers instead of true leaders Majority of those in leadership positions wouldn't necessarily be qualified in the private sector (ex. Raising to the ranks as a mail room clerk to bring a manager - most managers at Orange County only have a high school diploma)
