      Great potential, lack of management independence and inteligence

      Benefits, Salaries, bonus, flexible hours,

      Cons

      Too dependable on head office, limited pay rise (no raises upon promotion, even if the actual value is far less than hiring externally), hundreds of useless unproductive dinosaurs that will not be released, while young productive talented people are let go easily. If you want a career, don't go there. If you need a salary, its ok.

      good compensation package + benefits high quality professionals / peers

      Cons

      no empowerment slow decision making - one can become frustrated quite easily glass ceiling - limited growth opportunities focus on number of full-time employees as a KPI instead of cost in absolute terms

      great internal training and HR policies good compensation & benefits pack experienced management team

      Cons

      a not-so-frequent promotions system (sometimes you have to stay around 4 years in a position to be able to promote, even though your performances are good)
