      Pros

      Passionate people, flexible working, exciting technology to work on and good benefits.

      Cons

      Frequent restructuring which is probably similar to other companies which would not allow teams to work efficiently. While I was there management found it difficult to embrace "out of the box" new technology and thus no support provided as some projects were dictated by Group which local would not embrace.

      A Very Rewarding Career (while it lasted)

      Pros

      I had a 20 year career with OBS during which time I held several key positions. I received excellent company sponsored training over the years. Great managers and staff. Collaborative team work, virtual teams and exposure to many facets a global network operating in 220 countries. Plus excellent exposure to a diversity of cultures.

      Cons

      lots of competition in the Americas led to downsizing and sending jobs to India which led to my demise.
