a very frustrating place to work
Pros
It is possible to have a relatively easy life if that's what you want. Benefit packages have been improved recently to bring them into line with the market. Business processes are well defined and it is possible to have a diverse and challenging projects to work on.
Cons
There are very limited career development prospects. The firm is a market follower with little or no vision or strategy to speak of - but this is parr for the industry! It is driven by short term sales objectives rather than long term market ambitions and tends to focus on selling existing services to existing markets leading inevitably to ever decreasing circles.There is huge pressure on headcount and costs in general with staff picking up the slack in their 'spare time'. I know many people that have suffered serious cases of emotion burn out.
