      - Friendly working environment. - Very well organized. - Everything is based on process. - Office is very clean and neat. - Location is perfect for Heliopolis and Nasr city residents.

      Cons

      - Working on shift bases. - Some of the supervisors and managers are unqualified for this position. - Living the multinational environment with Egyptians traditions and managers mentality. - Benefits and salaries are much lower than competitive local service providers. - Not considering employees as company assets that have to be invested in.

      Orange is off shoring work to India, Cairo and Brazil. They are willing to sacrifice knowledge of people who've worked, put in numerous hours and really cared for the company, in order to hire cheap labor with no experience.
