      Portrayed as a global company but increasingly only focused on France.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment, hefty vacation time and great medical/dental benefits. Peers can be some of the best around, if nurtured.

      Cons

      Less and less focus on delivering services internationally. The company has lost it's appeal to the global marketplace. Employees suffer from political decisions vs. what's best for the company, the saying it's not what you know but who you know is running throughout the company. If you are not based in France, you will go nowhere. Too many internal politics, processes that don't work and outdated tools and systems making daily life a nightmare. Growth outside of France is highly questionable. Layoffs in the US for 2014 total over 1,000 employees and 220 employees in Europe to be laid off July-Dec.

      Sexy and cutting edge technologies : Cassandra, Scala (Gatling), AngularJS, Kafka. Member-oriented management, the dev have the real power to choose the right technologies

      Very selective interviews. Average profiles won't make it there. But is it really an cons ?
