      Pros

      Ample areas for growth - both technical and functional Strong Process oriented. On to latest IT technologies - you name it and some project will be using it Tremendous trainings and knowledge sharing Stable and secure company - Never saw any one fired without any specific reason. Transport team is just AWESOME. Perfect work life balance.

      Cons

      If not living in and around Gurgaon, then traffic is a big issue. Work from home not an option HR is quite rigid and hard to approach for resolution.

      Good company with good people. Good starting salaries. Entering through their Graduate Program is advisable

      Cons

      Very bad pay raises. No growth prospects => difficult to move up even if you're good Glass ceiling for non-French people, and for those who haven't done the "right" university
