      Pros

      young team, generally open for new ideas good salary (at least at entry-level, I don't know a lot about higher positions) interesting job in a challenging industry very good work/life balance!

      Cons

      atmosphere in a team varies a lot across departments (you can be really satisfied or the opposite) international opportunities are usually available for higher positions only not easy to get a promotion (to large extent it depends more on your manager's attitude than your skills and potential)
