      Pros

      Commission is amazing!! some months i can make double my salary so that was pretty awesome. Staff who work there go through extensive interviewing so generally everyone is pretty cool. People are fun to talk to on the fun. Management are generally pretty cool.

      Cons

      Assistant managers are power hungry, they really like letting you know they're higher than you. Targets are constantly used to kick people out the company. They always get increased.

      - No Career movement whatsoever. - Direct management interested in developing employees but crippled by upper-management's carelessness and inability to run a profitable business - Average/below-average salaries - Employees always afraid of getting laid off
