Pros

I very much enjoyed working with so many intelligent people. In general one was given a good bit of freedom to develop businesses on one's own. And the salary and benefits were very good.

Cons

During my five years at Orange we had at least 3 reorganisations - and many people lost their jobs (often voluntarily, due to excellent leave packages.) As well, unfortunate mistakes were made in filling a few mid and top management positions.

- Friendly working environment. - Very well organized. - Everything is based on process. - Office is very clean and neat. - Location is perfect for Heliopolis and Nasr city residents.

Cons

- Working on shift bases. - Some of the supervisors and managers are unqualified for this position. - Living the multinational environment with Egyptians traditions and managers mentality. - Benefits and salaries are much lower than competitive local service providers. - Not considering employees as company assets that have to be invested in.
