      Should be endorsed for contemporary working environment, handy compound - nice maintenance and facilities. From employe perspective have to note a stressless management model.

      Cons

      A modern models of working process management might be involved much more then done so far.

      Pros

      Work on b2b is an adventure and even more when you work in a multinational in the you know different cultures and work in a comfortable, friendly, direct, honest, proactive.

      Cons

      Growth is possible, however sometimes looks a bit limited because usually people who are in the following positions have much time engaging them. What is not all bad because it speaks well of the little rotation at top management levels.

      - Movement within Company is hard and limited sometimes , you need to have good connections to do so even if not qualified enough. - Career Path is not that strong and defined within Cairo Center ( Especially technical path ) - Low benefits - Workload and customer's requirements are not equal to the salary - Working Shifts
