      - Very good working conditions (office space, cafeteria, etc) - Good internal communication both at local and corporate level - Many programs for additional activities (eco transportation - bicycles, different workshops, etc) - Good internal self training library - Opportunities to change job inside company - Overall sensation of good organisation

      - Sometimes there are people that are not fit for their current position - Lack of clarity when defining the job (poor job description)

      Pros

      This company give many opportunities - international experience, support from other Orange affiliates, trainings, workshops. The staff is professional. The company is one of the best employers in Moldova. Best salary and benefits on the market .

      Cons

      The trainings are not oriented to the needs of the employee (mostly due to the low budget). the workshops are rarely approved by management due to cost saving. The GOOD salary is based on the official market data, while the cost of living in Moldova is quite high. The benefits are good compared to other companies. No opportunities for job evolution within the company.

      - reasonable pressure - great potential - good opportunities to change function and geographic area - 45 days of holidays per year - good work-life balance

      Cons

      - still not enough business driven - a lot of politics - salaries are not competitive enough to attract the best talent - did not succeed in providing new services and is struggling in competition with companies such as Google etc.
