      There is a stable environment, medium payd, nice and friendly env, payed in time, benefits like medical and phone subscription, gym with 20% offer, trainings udemy and pluralsite. Management are ok

      Cons

      Salary under the market, small buget, lot of tasks ( the balance work/life not enough time). Decisions if top management are cutting from beneficies each year.
