      Pros

      Good implicit motivation procedures in the company. Small teams provided great learning experience and empowered the employee in decision making process. Provides a good work environment. Live and interesting project, involvement in decision making process motivated employees.

      Cons

      Need to focus on explicit motivation procedures (Compensation, promotions, etc..). Provide more insight on the future growth path of the company.

      unstable - cutoffs in manpower every year in the last 4 years low salary around 15- 20% less than other parallel work places hard work not much appreciates from Bose's

      Great co-workers and bosses; Good health benefits; Good salary; Working in a multinational company always look good one's resume and gives great advantage when interviewing for any job in the future. It is a very good workplace to develope and grow professionally.

      It is a very demanding and energy consuming work place. One has to have good selfcontrol and must like working with people (customers).
