      The best reason is that no extra work or overwork taken from you apart your own time. Even if taken you are payed for that.

      Cons

      I came to know that your team keeps on changing on regular basis, which makes you jack of all trade but master of non.

      If you wanna learn putting hard work and no thought of hike then this is right place.

      1>> Incompetent and unprofessional bosses who are in same company from years and years. 2>> HR does not have control. 3>> You need to be close to your boss if you want hike. No appreciation for good work.
