      Pros

      FT in North America was a great place to work because management really seemed to be appreciative of the talent that they had on board.

      Cons

      While FT in North America, New York office was a really wonderful place to work, unfortunately, the New York office has closed. Too bad!

      Pros

      Ultra casual work place. Jeans every Friday. Plenty of time off, even as a new employee. Supposed great benefits(Haven't used mine yet to say for sure)

      Cons

      Outdated equipment and supplies. High amounts of favoritism in work loads and promotions. Management and staff are stuck with antiquated ideas of how to run a business in the year 2010. Too many people have had the same role with the same people for over 10 years.
