      Great place to work, but not with it's downsides

      Pros

      This place has a lot of intelligent people. It is also quite multi-cultural with a lot of nationalities working together. Being part of a global group gives a lot of opportunity to work with colleagues, customers and suppliers across the world.

      Cons

      Telecoms is always changing and is reflected in the continual re-organizations. This is not unlike other telecom/mobile companies I've worked for (e.g. Vodafone) Some senior executives don't have the "full package" and you wonder how they got there.

      Cons

      Sometimes poor management. Many reorganisations during the last 8 years makes it difficult to work in a frenquently changing work environnement

      Very Good work environment, knowlege gain in various services , network and IT solutions. many departments and internal moves are so many that would secure career diversity and improvement

      Cons

      salaries, HR rules are not very satisfying. some positions have an overall headache that you wouldn't stand for long (customer technical support)
