      Poor HR management policies Poor management (no career advancement plans, impediments put in place by management to prevent you to move to another position) You can be left at the same position for years if you just wait Too much politic-oriented environment (you need to be on the right team, lick the booths of the right people) Meritocracy based advancement is a dream there
