      Pros

      lots of training opportunities, regular performance appraisals, strong brand identity and decent salary. stayed just over three years and was generally happy with work life

      Cons

      lots of red tape, had to get alot of approval from managers all the time for small things so stifling innovation, didnt really feel their was alot of scope for promotion or encouragement or opportunities to gain progression in career in my particular role

      Pros

      Working in Orange has the prestige of an international, market leading, innovative, fast moving organization. Products are usually first to market, research subjects are always forward looking and very relevant.

      Cons

      This is a conglomerate. Things done at the corporate / group level are slow to propagate to the country opcos. Cultural differences may favor lowest common denominator decisions.

      Pros

      Good environment. Big impact on business and the scale of responsibility is worth to stick with them for a longer while.

      Cons

      Lack of talents, it's a former monopolist on the market so if you are looking for a intellectual stimulation among your piers or managers you will not find it here.
