      Pros

      Encouraged to learn and do things on my own. My manager walks the talk and I can get good support from him. I am surrounded by many experts and the people that I work with are really friendly.

      Cons

      As for every big companies the politics can be a challenge; still, a good way to learn diplomatics and sometimes funny to observe the struggle for power :).

      Pros

      Excellent work conditions for new starters. Better than average pay for newcomers. Plenty of opportunities to grow for the first 5-10 years of your career. Company benefits are among the best.

      Cons

      There's little things to do once you become a good specialist and salary tends not to grow accordingly. There's just no room for extraordinary skilled people. Also, management team could use a reshuffle.
