      a great place to work, but not the good one for working on the web

      - Good Work/life Balance - a lot of Career Opportunities if you want to completely change your job - level of pressure : acceptable

      Cons

      - huge company = everything is going very slowly - not very dynamic on the web / mobile - HR are here to handle the number of employees only

      -Great People & Work environment. -High Teamwork Spirit. -France Telecom Executive Management is realy very professional and visionary. -Care about employees loyalty started to be a strategy with new FT Group executive Management.

      Cons

      -Local management is really poor , using legacy models of management -Executive management fully rely on local managers without a thorough eye on what's going on. -Discrimination among employees in different countries (Headquarter or Offshore country? )
