      Good pay, decent bonus structure, generous perks, overtime opportunities, team culture, generous holiday allowance, flexible working hours, generally good management.

      Cons

      lack of prospects, strong presence of female based cliques making it difficult to fit in, supervisors often part of cliques leading to favourable treatment, somewhat harsh absence management.
