      Very dysfunctional organization. Worst place I have ever worked, Company learks in mediocrity while good talent leaves

      Pros

      - some of the benefits - central location, downtown - easy commute via public transport to south shore - flextime and possibility to work from home sometimes

      Cons

      - dysfunctional company - local leadership is weak and oblivious to what is going on - no recognition of employees - lack of respect from management towards employees - lots of in-fighting amongst groups - lots of back-stabbing - terrible work environment - offices, cubicles, layout, - its a dead place, there is no life and no atmosphere.

      Everybody's very professional and you work on new technologies in a interesting industry with very good benefits, work, leisure and family time is well balanced

      Cons

      no work from home and the decision-taking process difficult work objetives and communication across geographic teams/cultures.

      Pros

      Organizational structure allows for easy movement between positions and collaboration with co-workers at any level. Pay increases with level of education/experience. Lots of vacation time, fun people, relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      As in any company, there will be some employees who don't find it necessary to do their job. Though this is not FT's fault, the company wasn't very proactive about turning the work habits of those individuals into productivity.
