Pros
A plenty of high professionals, lounge atmosphere, friendly management, pretty good facilities. A lot of time available for self-learning.
Cons
Quite controversial and highly depends on department: while engineering staff is high-end specialists - the R&D, QA and Middle-ware IT are just a crowd of nice personalities. Outdated architecture, leak of comprehension of modern methodologies.
