      Pros

      Company culture is very welcoming even if everyone is working remotely. You can approach and ask questions to almost everyone and they'll be willing to help. The remote work is also very flexible and I've been very fulfilled the past few months that I've been working here.

      Cons

      Since it's a remote work setup, you have to do a lot of heavylifting on your own. You have to take your time reading and learning everything on your own, with occasional coaching session. It pays to be diligent to know the ropes of your task and your team.
