Everybody also trusts your skills, which can significantly improve your sense of initiative. This is the company where you can grow your career fast and, at the same time, get rewarded if you work hard and smart. All that, and you still get to do what you love outside of work because the company cares for your physical and mental health by giving weekends off, holidays, vacation and sick leaves, birthday bonuses, and performance rewards.
