Pros
It is very convenient working from home in times like this pandemic. Being with a team that always has your back and never takes credit from someone else's work is very overwhelming for me. As well as the approachable and welcoming culture Outgive has.
Cons
The only cons I can think of is that you'll not be able to work with your teammates face to face in which we could really do something about it, we occasionally have a call to catch up with things in our lives most especially checking on one another if we have difficulties in our tasks.
