      Pros

      Outgive is a great place to work in. The co-workers and the general atmosphere of the company make remote working enjoyable. In addition, I highly appreciate that no matter who you reach out to, they are always open to help you out or listen to your concerns, especially if you are a newbie.

      Cons

      Remote working is hard, especially if you have different working schedules from your workmates. Just a minor thing that's to be expected with an internationally diverse company.

      As an employee, personally, the company's values & principles are of paramount concern when joining a new one, & I'm glad enough that Outgive's values & principles align with mine. The culture & work environment is superb! You will never feel like you're working alone, yet at the same time, you still get to enjoy the essence of working remotely. Like the usual office-based jobs, Outgive has consistent & fun activities for employees, they value & promote employee engagements a lot. They also offer quite a number of awesome employee perks & benefits, on top of their salary packages which are also decent enough as a start off pay (depends on one's standards & needs, of course).

      Cons

      There's no perfect company, as much as there's also no perfect employee. As someone who values gratitude & appreciates even the small things, I couldn't ask for any better from Outgive!
