Pros
One of the most significant factors I considered when I transferred to Outgive is the permanent remote nature of my job. I get to work on a flexible and fixed schedule that works best for me. I also enjoy good mentorship from my team leader - something I've been looking for in my previous jobs. The environment is also always energetic, thanks to the HeyTaco program. I rarely felt alone since our work channels are constantly active, plus I got to be friends with people from my team and department. I'm excited to redeem some of our incentives too!
Cons
It's my first time working without a long holiday season break - we only have three holidays in December. But I think I can get used to it and use my leaves as well.
