The culture is extremely great and non-toxic! Everyone is heard and your efforts are always appreciated. Also, we are given effective tools to efficiently work remotely! Super techy and dynamic team members and leaders!

Cons

None so far. If there's one thing I can think of, probably, not being able to meet the awesome people that I am working with physically since our work is 100% remote!
