      -Modern work philosophy -Great work life balance -Your efforts are transparent -You have the ability to determine your own success and career trajectory -Flexible work hours and good benefits pack -Fun and energetic team!

      Cons

      -have to park further if you come in after 11am -could be a challenge for someone that doesn't have drive or take initiative -you may be on camera/video/youtube/social media (dont be shy!)

      Tons of Work! Quarterly Goals helps us to challenge ourselves more! Awesome Design Team (so far!) is a plus

      All seems to be a priority from different account managers, so flexibility should be a "must" attitude to tone down frustration, especially when you're 'in the Creativity Zone' (Focus on the goal!). On the upside, it keeps you on your toes and challenge yourself more.
