      Pros

      Good Salary Package, Incentive Programs, Approachable team members. We also have events to keep the employees and even the bosses closer. And of course, work from home so no commute and there's reduce risk of getting sick from external causes.

      Cons

      Young company so some processes are still a working progress. It's already getting better day by day. As long as you're not in a toxic work environment and you're paid okay and on time, what more can you ask for?
