Pros
Working at Outgive has been a rewarding experience with a strong balance of independent work and collaboration. I’ve learned to take ownership of projects, improve communication, and think cross-functionally. Management is supportive and trusting, and the culture is respectful, flexible, and outcome-driven. While the learning curve was challenging at first, the autonomy and team support have made it a truly valuable and enjoyable place to grow.
Cons
The role does require a level of independence and self-direction, which I personally found rewarding, but might be challenging for someone who prefers more structure or hands-on guidance.
