Work environment: Great! Pay: OK versus the living costs here in the Philippines Shift: Great since I have half-day fixed and half of the day flexible

Cons

No other benefits ( should have been mandatory and they should have registered here in the PH as most of their staff are Filipinos) No 13th month pay
