      Competitive salary. They give recognition to employee who excels at their job. I love that they don't micro manage us.

      There's no proper training when I started here, but it helped me hone and maximize my skills more.

      I liked my team and direct supervisors.

      Cons

      The company leaders would say they value you but they don't. They laid off Filipino employees and only gave a severance pay equal to 1 month of pay - WHAT IS THAT. The company is unstable and losing money. They also micromanage with Hubstaff without even providing you a company laptop.
