Pros
I've been working at Seller Interactive (part of Outgive Inc.) as a full-time Graphic Designer since January 2025, and overall it’s been a really good experience. 1. Super friendly and humble teammates – makes collaboration really smooth. 2. Healthy work culture. No toxic environment, which is a huge plus. 3. Leadership is understanding and easy to talk to. 4. Remote setup gives flexibility and work-life balance. 5. I’ve been able to grow my skills and be more creative in my role.
Cons
1. Sometimes it can feel a bit fast-paced, especially during tight deadlines. 2. Because it’s remote, it can be a bit hard to feel fully connected with other teams.
