      Pros

      OwnBackup is a great company! It is the most collaborative company I have ever had the pleasure to be part of. Every single person is willing to go out of their way to help you succeed. My direct manager Alex Ortiz really embodied those things and would constantly work with the team to help ensure that we hit our goals. Additionally, Tom in training was always implementing things to make sure that we are kept up to speed on the industry and competition. Upper management was transparent...always looking to the employees for what works and what does not. It really is a special place and wish them all the best.

      Cons

      I left because someone I knew referred me. to a position that I could not say no to. So, no real cons.
