Everything. People - The smartest group of employees and executives that are all very approachable and willing to help you succeed. Products - Best in class, hands down Pay - Excellent Company Culture - A perfect storm of awesome people who take their work seriously but not themselves. Open and collaborative. Bottom line - If you want to be a part of the next big thing in data protection, you've found it. Apply and accept the offer.

Cons

There are none if you don't mind working for a company doubling in size each year.

4 things which are so rare to find: Incredible Product, Brilliant People, amazing Market Potential and clear Processes. Ownbackup is striving for excellence in all we do whilst being a family and looking after each other in those tough times. Easily the best place I have ever worked. I did 400% of target in December, my second month! All because of the fab team spirit and team work! Brilliant solution engineers who are many and really knowledgable meaning you always get support and always quality.

Cons

Leadership are very aware of the con being that Emea is still a bit of a “baby sister” to US. This is being addressed.
