-Great product -Amazing R&D Team - A handful of true to the culture individuals -Provides employees with great tools -Lovely office -Attractive & Smart CEO -Great and supportive administrative staff -Amazing marketing staff -Impeccable customer support

-Limited PTO -Very little opportunity for those trying to move up from the bottom in the company -Only one person in the company has made it from SDR to a GB AE rep throughout their time in the company. No room for growth. -Overpromises

Decent office facilities, free lunch and many good/talented people.

Cons

Own appears to be facing a culture crisis where its company values are not at reflected by its management and leadership which lacks professionalism and a true interest in developing people and talent. Some key leaders appear largely self interested and arrogant and I've not heard this much profanity at formal meetings in my career. I personally work for a manager who is insecure and seriously micromanages the team and feel that middle management need to receive managerial training as some are ill equipped to lead.
