In terms of the work being hard- we agree. Our work is hard, but you don’t get over 6,000 happy customers and over 500 five-star reviews without putting in some serious time and effort. To support our people, we offer flexibility through our unlimited PTO policy, hybrid working model, and Summer Fridays (Thursdays in Israel). We also empower our employees to own their work/life balance by offering dynamic and unique benefits, perks and total rewards. For example, our New Jersey HQ has an in-house salon, fitness center, dry cleaning, and free catered lunch to help save our people time, money and offer flexibility in their daily routines.

We love your comment about our culture! One of our core values as a company is “culture is as important as results.” We strive to find new ways to embody this every day. One of the ways we build our culture is through our annual employee engagement survey. Each year, we open up the floor for our team to anonymously tell us what they love about working at Own, and where they see an opportunity for us to improve. This allows us to understand our people’s needs and empowers us to make changes based on our employee's feedback. We’ve implemented several initiatives based on employee feedback, including community impact, executive coffee chats, enhanced benefit offerings, and office perks.
