      Thanks for your feedback. However, we do offer a hybrid working model for most employees, with the exception of the few roles that require on-site presence.

      Cons

      The pay - specifically, for employees that have been at the company for multiple years and have proven themselves. I would've still been working here if I had been offered even half of the raise I got for choosing to leave.

      Pros

      OwnBackup truly provides the pros from working at a big company while also delivering on the pros that would come from working at a smaller organization. In addition to creating a sense of security through transparency, the main pro is that there are ample career growth and development opportunities within the organization. You truly see the impact of your contribution while working and get valuable practical experience, while still receiving the perks of a large company such as unlimited PTO. What makes this place the best place I have ever worked at is simply the people. They are talented, experienced, dedicated, and overall fun to be around.

      Cons

      If I really dug deep, I could probably find a con to pick at because no Company is perfect. However, the fact that I would really have to dig to respond to this question demonstrates there is nothing worth noting.
