Have great culture and lot of great people to work with. There is a lot of room to grow as they are in full growth trajectory.

Cons

They are growing extremely fast so sometimes there can be some coordination hiccups and communication mishaps. Also because growing people are trained great for scale but don't always know how the rest of the puzzle works.

Resources and welcoming. The culture at Ownback up is unmatched. Everyone is extremely welcoming and they absolutely love their staff. Everyone is important there and they really make you feel like that. They always take employees out to dinners and offer lunch everyday. There are a lot of fun work events and the provide great benefits. A long with that they are super supportive no matter your role.
