Building trust through transparency is also one of our core values. We’ve taken action to increase transparency across the organization through regular communication, weekly round up emails, and Ask Me Anything sessions with leadership.

2yIn terms of the work being hard- we agree. Our work is hard, but you don’t get over 6,000 happy customers and over 500 five-star reviews without putting in some serious time and effort.
To support our people, we offer flexibility through our unlimited PTO policy, hybrid working model, and Summer Fridays (Thursdays in Israel). We also empower our employees to own their work/life balance by offering dynamic and unique benefits, perks and total rewards. For example, our New Jersey HQ has an in-house salon, fitness center, dry cleaning, and free catered lunch to help save our people time, money and offer flexibility in their daily routines.
